A 3-axis robotic welding positioner that rotates parts in an over-under (“Ferris wheel”) motion to minimize floor space and cycle times. It features two servo-driven trunnion stations (headstock/tailstock) on opposite sides of a central sweep axis, allowing an operator to load parts while the robot welds on the other side.
